access request.
We process your first name, last name, email address, how you heard about us, voluntary intended-use details and the four acknowledgements, including the Privacy Notice and Terms version accepted. We do so solely to assess and manage your access request, document consent and communicate with you about it. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.
DELIVERY PATH
Google Workspace

After submission, your request is transmitted from our website to a protected Google Apps Script web service as a processing and delivery path and then delivered to our internal Google Workspace inbox at welcome@generative-trading.com. Google processes data within its services. Depending on configuration and services used, processing may also occur outside Switzerland or the EEA.
WEBSITE ANALYTICS
Anonymous
page views.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for public pages. It lets us measure aggregated, low-cookie page views to understand reach and technical use of the website. We do not connect this measurement to your access request or use it for advertising or user profiles.
CONSENT & RETENTION
Transparent
and limited.
We process your access request on the basis of your explicit consent. We record the server-side receipt time and the accepted Privacy Notice and Terms version in the internal request email. We delete access-request data no later than twelve months after receipt; statutory retention requirements remain unaffected.
